2021 Pinot Gris

A vibrant, light straw-colored wine wine with an expressive nose filled with bountiful fruit – golden apple, Asian pear, lemon, quince, and citrus zest.  Immaculately balanced with a rich and flavorful mouthfeel – crushed gravel, green papaya, melon, and lime lend to dry but fruity wine with a bright clean finish.

Delightful with or without food, but pairs well with  flaky baked fish, grilled chicken, soft cow’s cheese, pasta in a light cream sauce, and seasonal salads
